Rubena Rahman (Ruby)

Rubena joined the firm in October 2023. Rubena qualified as a solicitor in September 2023, after completing her training contract at a national law firm.

Rubena has experience acting for companies and individuals in employment tribunal proceedings, including discrimination and unfair dismissal claims.  

Rubena also assists on corporate transactions for share and asset acquisitions, including carrying out the employment due diligence and drafting settlement agreements. 

Rubena also advises companies on day-to-day employment issues including grievance, disciplinary and probation reviews, as well as reviewing and updating internal handbook and policies. 

Rubena graduated from the University of Manchester in 2018 with a First Class LLB and completed her LPC MSc at the University of Law in which she gained a distinction. 

Rubena is keen to increase diversity within the legal profession and is involved in external initiatives offering mentoring services, as well as being part of the HD Schools Outreach Programme.
