About me
I specialise in commercial law, in particular drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements for NHS bodies and independent healthcare providers. I also have experience advising a range of public and private sector organisations outside of the NHS. In addition, I am developing a procurement practice.
With prior in-house experience from the perspective of a supplier to government bodies, I bring a strong understanding of the broader commercial landscape, which informs and enhances the guidance I provide.
Sitting in the Health Commercial team, I work on a wide variety of interesting matters, from multi-trust subsidiary models to private sector patient terms. I really enjoy how different each day is.
My approach to working with clients is always friendly and attentive. I take the time to listen carefully to their needs and proactively deliver tailored advice.
I’m a member of Hill Dickinson's Social Mobility Group and played an active part in starting the firm’s Schools’ Outreach Programme in Newcastle.
My experience
- Advised on NHS contracting.
- Advised wholly owned subsidiaries (NHS trusts).
