Ruth joined the firm in 2023, having previously been a senior associate at DAC Beachcroft where she spent many years acting for shopping centre owners, funds and local authorities and was instrumental in rolling out legal project management for asset management transactions.
Ruth has extensive experience providing strategic advice and leading projects in relation to asset management in the retail/leisure and f&b sector including factory outlet schemes, shopping centre developments, town centre redevelopment and mixed use schemes acting funds, investors and developers, including local authorities and the NHS in respect of landlord and tenant matters.
Ruth qualified in 2007 having studied law at the University of Liverpool and the LPC at the College of Law, Chester.
