Stella has in-depth knowledge and experience in a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial law transactions which also extend to private client matters. Stella specialises in and has extensive experience in advising a wide range of clients on mergers and acquisitions, cross border mergers and redomiciliations of Cypriot entities.
Stella’s work also focuses on corporate law matters of Cypriot entities such as corporate actions and corporate structuring of Cypriot entities.
Stella also deals with transactional matters including shipping matters such as financial arrangements of newbuildings and second-hand vessels, sale and purchase, restructurings and escrow arrangements.
Stella is a graduate of Manchester Met University (2010).

Experience
- Providing legal support and advising on matters of Cypriot corporate law in relation to a multi-million-euro solar power project in Cyprus
- Providing legal support and advising on matters of Cypriot corporate law in relation to a multi-million-euro solar power project in Ukraine
- Acted for one of the largest Dutch banks in relation to a loan facility to six borrowers/vessels. Preparation of the security documents, registration with the Registration of Companies and release of existing charges, reviewing of the transaction documents from Cy law perspective and issuance of a capacity legal opinion in relation to the Cypriot entities involved
- Acted for one of the biggest Greek banking institutions in the refinancing of two vessels by reviewing the English law transaction documents from Cy law perspective, drafting the Cypriot law security documents, registering the security documents with the Registrar of Companies, attending the closing and issuing legal opinions
- Acted for a Latvia banking institution in a financing of a Lithuania company in which was secured by a guarantee of a Cypriot company by providing legal advice, drafting the necessary documents and issuing a legal opinion
- Providing legal support and advising on matters of Cypriot corporate law in relation to an IT project- joint venture agreement
