Steph Wilkinson

Steph is a senior associate in the Health Litigation team. She deals with clinical negligence claims solely for NHS Resolution, and is experienced in dealing with complex brain and spinal damage injury claims.

Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Steph completed her training at Kennedys, and qualified into personal injury in 2011.

Steph specialises in litigation arising from clinical negligence and acts solely on behalf of NHS Resolution and claims being advanced against their member trusts. She has a varied caseload consisting of medium to high value claims, ranging from fatal accident claims to complex spinal injuries and multi-million pound brain injury cases.

Steph also runs regular training sessions for health clients on a range of topics including handling complaints, the duty of candour, statement writing, as well as running the claims handler course.

Steph completed her law degree at Lancaster University in 2008 and graduated with a 2:1. She subsequently completed her LPC the following year at the College of Law in Chester.
