About me

I’m here to help hospital trusts navigate clinical negligence claims, so they can focus on doing what they do best, making patients lives better. I deal with a broad range of claims and I’m especially experienced in handling complex brain and spinal damage injury claims.

I act as the trusted expert clients can depend on, giving them the confidence to act decisively. I form relationships that last, so clients know I’ll be there to support them whatever comes next.  Having worked with local hospital trusts and NHS Resolution for years, I know the healthcare industry like the back of my hand. I draw on this insight to help clients manoeuvre through it with ease.

I also run regular training sessions, including topics such as handling complaints, the duty of candour and statement writing, equipping clients with the knowledge to prevent problems before they arise.

Helping new legal talent grow and succeed really matters to me. I’m an Aspiring Solicitor mentor and I’m always proud when I see someone I’ve supervised and supported flourish professionally.

My experience

  • Acts for NHS Resolution
  • Advised in the case of Martin v Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust [2018] EWHC 1824 (QB).
