Prior to being appointed as COO in February 2023, Tas was the COO for the Professional Services division of Smith and Williamson and also the COO for Financial Services at KPMG. He also spent 20 years in investment banking in a variety of roles.
Tas has a background in finance and also change management.
Tas qualified as an accountant in 1996, having completed a degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Kent.
