Tom qualified in 2009 and works in the cargo and logistics team in London. Tom specialises in claims involving the international and domestic carriage of goods by road, sea, air and rail, including CMR, bill of lading, charterparty and COA disputes. Tom handles subrogated cargo recoveries claims for recovery agents and freight liability claims for insurers. Tom also provides coverage advice to insurers.
