Tom joined Hill Dickinson in February 2024, having previously worked at a distinguished law firm where he joined as an NQ from a regional firm in the East Midlands. 

Tom undertakes a wide variety of corporate work, advising on M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations, private equity and company law matters.   

Tom studied Law at Sheffield Hallam University in 2016 and completed the legal practice course at De Montfort University.

    • Advised the shareholders of Lexon (UK) on the sale of Lexon to the Well Pharmacy division of Bestway Group.
    • Advised Phenna Group (backed by Oakley Capital) on numerous acquisitions.
    • Advised Knights Pharmacies on its acquisition of Pearns retail pharmacy group.
    • Advised the shareholders of the KGJ Insurance Group on their sale to NFP.
    • Advised the shareholders of Aerospheres on their sale to Audax Private Equity.
    • Advised precision casting and machining group, Expromet Technologies Group on its acquisition of Metaltech Precision.
    • Advised Knights Pharmacies on numerous acquisitions.
