As a Senior Associate in Hill Dickinson’s Corporate team, I advise owner-managed businesses, private companies and institutional investors on corporate and company law matters. I have particular expertise working on transactions in the retail pharmacy and testing, inspection and certification sectors.
I bring a measured, calm and commercially focused approach to clients’ work, always being highly responsive and combining clear communication with a pragmatic mindset to ensure an efficient transaction process.
I’m genuinely committed to helping clients achieve the best outcome and playing a part in that journey is extremely rewarding.
I’m proud to be the Corporate Social Responsibility lead for our Birmingham office and love to get involved in fundraising opportunities.
