About me
I’m a commercial real estate lawyer, supporting clients through a wide range of property-related transactions. My work includes advising on the acquisition and sale of commercial properties, negotiating and drafting leases for both landlords and tenants and handling property refinancing matters.
I mainly represent companies, investors and LLPs, but also work with trusts, receivers and sole traders, focusing on delivering clear, concise advice and aiming to go the extra mile to offer context and guidance throughout a matter, helping the client feel informed and confident at every stage.
Clients often describe me as approachable, efficient and supportive, and what I love most about my role is seeing a transaction through to completion and knowing that the client is happy with the outcome, especially when it delivers strong commercial value.
Having grown up in both the USA and the UK, I bring an international perspective to my work, and my previous experience across banking and restructuring allows me to take a broader, more strategic, view of client matters.
