Vasiliki provides advice on a wide range of shipping matters including ship sale and purchase, ship finance matters and corporate matters. 

Vasiliki deals with all aspects of shipping and corporate matters including assisting clients with sale and purchase transactions, ship financing, security documentation and escrow arrangements. She also assists clients with completion services, ship registration under the Cyprus flag and maritime security issues.

Her expertise also includes reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide array of commercial shipping agreements on behalf of owners, charterers, service providers, agents and ship managers.  

Vasiliki completed her law degree (LLB) at the University of Essex and holds a Master’s degree (LLM) in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton. Vasiliki has also been awarded with the Prize for best combined mark across Ship Sale and Purchase and Ship Finance from the University of Southampton.
