About me
I advise various clients from high-net-worth individuals to corporate entities (both in the UK and overseas) on contentious and non-contentious employment related matters.
My specialisms include unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment (including sexual harassment), whistleblowing claims and mental health-related issues. I also support clients with injunctions for data breaches and post-termination restrictions, draft and review employment contracts and policies and provide guidance on redundancies, restructures, grievances, disciplinary matters, and settlement agreements.
My work also includes TUPE advice and corporate support on employment aspects of transactions.
Whether it’s with clients in the hospitality industry, education sector or the medical field, I view my role as being a long-term adviser, not just a one-off problem solver, who invests time upfront to understand the business and its culture.
