Photography and filming will be taking place during the event. These images and recordings may be used by Hill Dickinson for a variety of purposes, including:

Promotion on our website and other electronic publications
Recruitment and careers presentations
Promotional literature to increase awareness of the Play on the Pitch initiative (e.g. brochures, leaflets, case studies and posters)
Display boards for exhibitions, meetings and events open to the public
Presentations delivered to professionals and general audiences
Sharing with national and local press
Use internationally as well as within the UK
Photography and filming at this event will be carried out in line with our consent process. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you are free to give or refuse consent to be photographed or filmed, and to decide how your image is used. Your decision will not affect your relationship with Hill Dickinson in any way.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting [email protected]. Images will be retained for up to two years unless consent is withdrawn earlier.
