We’ve been part of NHS Resolution’s clinical negligence panel since its inception, and act on behalf of practitioners and organisations indemnified under the Clinical Negligence Scheme for Trusts and the Clinical Negligence Scheme for General Practice. We are also appointed to the NHS Resolution costs panel, a unique position which gives us insight into what it takes to deliver fair and proportionate outcomes.
Our work spans everything from high-value claims to formal and informal group actions involving multiple claimants, accidents and inquiries that attract national attention. We also assist with investigations involving police and inquests, always with sensitivity and care.
