    • Foundation trusts: we have experience assisting and supporting several foundation trusts with their application for foundation trust status. We helped with establishing consultation requirements, the formation of the trust’s membership and the drafting of an appropriate constitution. We have also advised on the legal implication of foundation trust status.
    • NHS bodies: we have also advised on the role and responsibilities of board members and governors.
    • NHS boards: some of our partners hold the position of secretary to NHS boards.
