Our experience
- Recoveries involving fraud and asset tracing which required obtaining a freezing injunction against persons involved in phishing attacks, securing the return of the funds to our client.
- Advising factoring and invoice discounter in relation to the collection of debts including detailed set-off and warranty arguments.
- Obtaining a freezing injunction against an individual who had fraudulently obtained funds from our client. Due to the evidence collated, we quickly obtained judgment on quantum and an order for the delivery up of specified assets and proceeds of the fraud at the hearing for the continuation of the injunction, which achieved a significant return to our client in a highly cost-effective way.
