Our experience
Involved in a client matter after they had thought terms had been agreed for a settlement. However, it was clear that the parties had not agreed a settlement figure and our client was not prepared to pay the level of monies the employee sought. We advised and wrote two letters which reduced the monies sought by 40%, £20,000.
