This is the first year we have conducted the survey and, as such, we are unable to analyse the data in a meaningful way. However, we acknowledge that we have more work to do to become a more diverse and inclusive workplace and have a clear action plan around this. The main areas of focus being: Recruitment: Unconscious bias training and diverse recruitment methods. High-level endorsement: Support from partner equality leads and employee diversity champions. Partnerships: Working with Working Families, Stonewall, Social Mobility Foundation and Rare. Smart working: Promoting flexible, agile and home working at all levels across the firm. Parenting Matters: Ensuring that those having time away from work to have children continue to feel supported and valued. Career progression: Giving all employees the opportunity to develop and progress through a fair and transparent promotions process. Leadership and management development: Enabling our managers to get the best from their teams and provide equal opportunity to all. Awareness: Encouraging inclusivity through a diverse calendar of events and awareness campaigns.
