To get the best audio and video quality during the webinar, we recommend the following:
Use Google Chrome as your preferred web browser for the most stable experience.
Clear your browser cache before joining. On Windows, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to access the menu for clearing cache.
Close all unnecessary applications and browser tabs, including resource-heavy programs like Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
Turn off notifications on both your laptop and mobile device to avoid interruptions.
Check your audio settings: If using headphones, ensure your computer’s speaker output is correctly set to your headset.
Disconnect from VPN if possible, as VPNs can slow down your connection.
Remove external speakers or cameras that are not in use, as they can cause audio/video conflicts.
Avoid connecting your mobile phone to your laptop during the session.
Ensure a strong internet connection: If possible, use a wired Ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi for greater stability.
Position yourself close to your router if using Wi-Fi, and minimize interference by limiting other devices streaming or downloading.
Restart your device before the webinar to clear temporary processes and free up memory.
Join early (5–10 minutes before start time) to test your audio and video settings.
Keep your device plugged in to avoid battery-related performance issues.
