Details

Catherine joined the firm in February 2021 from a leading claimant firm where she had spent two and a half years working on the Infected Blood Inquiry. Prior to this Catherine spent four years at a top tier clinical negligence defendant firm in London where she acted for a medical defence organisation and their members as well as for NHS Resolution and trust clients in defending clinical negligence claims.

Catherine has specialised in clinical negligence/high value personal injury claims for over 15 years and has experience in dealing with complex, high value cases including obstetric and adult brain injury claims. She acts on behalf of medical defence unions and their members and NHS trusts dealing with a wide variety of claims.

Catherine obtained a 2:1 BA (Hons) degree from Oxford University in Biological Sciences before studying for her Post Graduate Diploma in Law and LPC at BPP Law School in London.
