Charlotte qualified in 2015 and has since gained a wealth of experience in the healthcare sector at all levels of complexity and value. She has acted for individuals assisting with their leases or on the sale of their business as well acting for listed care providers investing in or disposing of large portfolios of properties.
Charlotte specialises in a broad scope of property matters including leases, agreements for leases, asset management, disposals and acquisitions and refinancing.
Charlotte graduated with an LLB in Law from Cardiff University.
