Kostas is a senior associate in the Shipping Finance team and located in the Piraeus office. He is experienced in advising financiers and shipowners on ship finance transaction.

Kostas assists financiers and shipowners in connection with financing of newbuilding and second hand vessel acquisitions, refinancing arrangements, ship sale and purchase transactions and escrow arrangements. Kostas assists by drafting loan facility agreements and related security and inter-creditor documentation.

Kostas has completed his bachelor of laws degree at Anglia Ruskin University and his master of laws at University of Kent at Canterbury.
