Lydia has more than 10 years’ experience advising and representing the NHS and privately insured doctors in respect of clinical negligence claims.

Having trained in-house with NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, Lydia has a solid grounding in defence work and the operation of NHS hospital services.

Lydia joined Hill Dickinson’s London Healthcare team in 2017 and specialised for a number of years in clinical negligence claims against GPs, involving multiple defendants. She continues to provide specialist clinical negligence advice and legal support to a range of clients, including NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, GPs, Independent Health organisations, private doctors and their respective insurance companies. 

Lydia is recognised as a key lawyer in the Legal 500 directory.
