Patrick has completed various secondments at blue chip companies, working closely with stakeholders across a range of business units. Patrick’s focus is to understand each client’s business and the sector they operate in, enabling him to deliver practical, jargon-free advice which adds value.
Patrick advises clients across a wide range of sectors, providing support ranging from day-to-day ‘business as usual’ contracts, including drafting and negotiating supply of goods and services agreements (both from a customer and supplier perspective) to complex outsourcing agreements.
Patrick also provides practical and strategic support relating to existing contracts, including advising on termination rights and contract variations and extensions.
Patrick graduated from Newcastle University, completing an English Literature degree before completing his Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP in Liverpool.
