Sana Ikhlaq

Sana joined Hill Dickinson in March 2024, having previously been at an established law firm. 
Sana has extensive experience of dealing with property-related disputes with a particular focus on landlord and tenant issues including lease renewals (both hostile and unopposed), tenant default, repair notices, dilapidations, break options and termination of leases. She acts for both investor-landlords and corporate occupiers. She enjoys both advisory work often on portfolio management issues but also where litigation is necessary.  

Sana studied Law at the University of Warwick and completed the LPC at the University of Law.
