Sanne joined Hill Dickinson in 2019 as a paralegal in the corporate commercial team. Prior to qualifying in March 2023, Sanne trained at the firm and spent time on client secondment.
Sanne has experience in a range of corporate transactions and governance work. She assists clients undertaking initial public offerings, reverse takeovers and secondary fundraises. In 2021, Sanne was part of the team that advised Big Technologies, a personal monitoring technology firm, on £577m stock market float.
Sanne studied at Tilburg University, graduating with a LLB in Global Law in 2018 and her GDL from City University in 2019. Whilst working at the firm, she completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.
