Details
Siôn joined the firm as a paralegal in 2011. He deals with inquests and litigated clinical and non-clinical claims. Siôn has spent a great deal of time on secondment at various NHS trusts as the in-house solicitor and has advised on the set up of complaints and legal services departments, regularly drafting policies and standard operating procedures on their behalf.
Siôn is often instructed on complex inquests, for NHS and private bodies, involving numerous interested parties and where Article 2 is engaged. Siôn undertakes his own advocacy and regularly advises healthcare bodies on the wide range of legal issues that arise.
He also deals with clinical and non-clinical claims brought against the NHS.
Siôn attended Ysgol Brynhyfryd (North Wales). He studied law at the University of Liverpool and subsequently completed his LPC at the College of Law, Chester. He is a fluent Welsh speaker.
