Tonia Bouloumpasi

Tonia is a transactional shipping lawyer specialising in sale and purchase transactions, completion services, ship finance matters, corporate law and yachting. She acts for ship and yacht owners, builders, brokers and financiers.   

Tonia offers advice on all aspects of the sale and purchase of vessels, as well as in relation to financing arrangements and security documentation. She also assists in relation to vessel registration under Greek and foreign flags and on corporate matters relating to Greek, foreign and off-shore companies. Her expertise includes corporate restructurings, joint venture agreements, corporate governance projects and the establishment of ship management and ship brokering companies in Greece.

Tonia completed her law degree (LLB) at Cardiff University and holds a master’s degree (LLM) in International Maritime Law from Swansea University.
