Tonny is an asset finance (shipping and aviation) lawyer based in both Hong Kong and London. Tonny has worked with most of the leading PRC leasing houses and yards, and is involved in all types of business jet transactions.

Tonny’s practice has a primary focus in the corporate jet market and he has a strong practice representing operators, high net worth individuals and financiers. Tonny is also a Notary Public with active practice. Tonny passed the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination, PRC in 2020.

Tonny advises clients on all aspects of cross-border and cross-disciplinary shipping and aviation finance related transactions (including ECA-supported loan facilities and sale and leaseback transactions and JOLCOs) involving various types of moveable assets (including conventional vessels, container boxes, LNG carriers, cruise ships, commercial aircraft and business jet) with client-centric approach aiming to provide commercial solutions to address specific jurisdictional and structural risks

Tonny obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (Law) and LLB at The University of Hong Kong.
