Zoe joined the firm in March this year as an associate in the Employment team. She has extensive experience advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Zoe is an associate solicitor specialising in contentious and non-contentious employment related matters.

Zoe’s specialisms include the following:

  1. Unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment/sexual harassment and complex whistleblowing claims;
  2. Advising on complex mental health issues/advising employers on the appropriate risk assessments to put in place; 
  3. Obtaining injunctions for data and confidentiality breaches/breaches of post termination restrictions and advising clients on the enforceability of the same;
  4. Drafting and advising on employment contracts and staff handbooks/policies;
  5. Redundancy/restructuring advice;
  6. Negotiating and advising on settlement packages; 
  7. Advising on grievances/disciplinary investigations (and appeals); 
  8. TUPE advice; and
  9. Corporate support work (including negotiating and advising on any transactional employment related matters)

Zoe’s clients vary from high-net-worth individuals to corporate entities (both in the UK and overseas). She has a particular interest in mental health and regularly advises employers on how to navigate mental health concerns in the workplace. 

Zoe studied at City University in London and attended BPP Law school.
