Rosie has experience advising on a wide range of property matters, including on the sale and purchase of commercial properties, commercial leases (including the granting of new leases, lease renewals, surrenders, assignments and underlettings) and property development (including option agreements, conditional contracts and overage arrangements).
Rosie attained a 2.1 in History at Durham University and undertook the GDL and LPC at the University of Law.
