Join us in this interactive webinar where we look at the Procurement Act 2023 and consider how it will be applied in real-world circumstances. 

Reviewing four case studies, we will consider:

• Use of frameworks and dynamic markets - explore the changes made to frameworks and dynamic markets, their differences and essential characteristics, and how they can be utilised to best achieve the aims of a contracting authority. We’ll apply a practical example to show how to determine which is most suitable for the needs of a contracting authority and how both contracting authorities and suppliers should navigate the use of these throughout their terms.
• Modifications - This scenario will explore the new rules on modification and how and when these are permitted under the new regime.
• Assessment summaries and remedies - This scenario will look at an example of how a challenge to a decision of a contracting authority will play out under the new regime and how assessment summaries can be used to challenge or defend that decision making undertaken, including a walk-through available remedies.
• Exclusions and the Debarment List - This scenario will explore the operation of the newly introduced debarment list and explore its impact upon procedures.
