Double award win for Hill Dickinson at Liverpool Law Society Legal Awards

International commercial law firm Hill Dickinson is celebrating double awards success at the 2017 Liverpool Law Society Legal Awards, picking up the Property Law Award and Commercial Law Award.

More than 300 members of the region’s legal profession attended the biennial awards ceremony which was held at the Rum Warehouse, Stanley Dock on 12 May.

Neil Wood, regional sales manager from Conveyancing Data Services, presented the Property Law Award which was collected by Usha Sharma and Emma Townley. Andy Rogers, manager at Insider, presented the Commercial Law Award to partner Mike Jones, marking the firm’s fourth consecutive win of this award.

Craig Scott, national head of corporate at Hill Dickinson, commented: “We are delighted to be awarded “Commercial Team of the Year” for 2017. As a firm we are committed to growing our Liverpool team as a base of excellence for corporate and commercial services and the recognition this award brings, for the quality of our corporate and commercial team, means a great deal to us.”

The president of the society, John Ballam, congratulated all those who had taken part, saying: “The awards celebrate the excellent legal work being undertaken in the region, from small boutique practices to large law firms whose impact is felt nationally and internationally.”
