Hill Dickinson advises JLA Group on acquisition of engineering services provider

Leading commercial law firm Hill Dickinson has recently advised its longstanding client JLA Group on JLA’s acquisition of ICS Group Midlands Limited. 

JLA, a commercial laundry, catering, heating and fire safety provider, has added ICS Group Midlands Limited to its growing portfolio. ICS Group Midlands Limited specialises in providing a full range of services to commercial, industrial and public sector clients nationwide.

Hill Dickinson corporate partner and Liverpool office head Matt Noon and senior associate Lizzie Jones advised JLA on the acquisition.
