Hill Dickinson bolsters health practice with new partner hire

International law firm Hill Dickinson continues to strengthen its national health practice with the appointment of commercial partner Jessica Kohler.
Jessica joins the firm’s Broadgate Tower, London office from Capsticks where she spent more than 14 years advising health and social care clients across the full range of their commercial, contractual, funding and procurement needs. Prior to joining Capsticks, she worked in the corporate finance team at a top 20 City firm.
A recognised expert in procurement law, Jessica has acted for both NHS bodies and GPs in relation to delivering greater efficiency in service delivery and service integration and alliance/partnership working linked to clients’ innovative plans for devolution, STPs, accountable care systems, new NHS models of care and primary care led out of hospital care services. She also has significant experience advising on major complex healthcare transactions and public / private joint ventures, mergers, IT services procurements, and shared services across the public and private sector.
Jessica will work closely with commercial partner Sarah Brooke, who joined the firm’s London health team last year from PwC Legal.
