Hill Dickinson named North West’s most active M&A advisor

The corporate team at international law firm Hill Dickinson has been named the North West’s most active M&A advisor for the first nine months of the year as revealed in a report by Experian. The report ranks the most active legal and financial advisers in the UK and Wales.

The corporate team topped the table with 38 transactions completed in 2016 to date which included advising the seller in the acquisition of Swift Fire & Security to Marlowe plc and acting on behalf of GP Strategies on its acquisition of Jencal Training and its subsidiary B2B Engage.

The corporate team has also been shortlisted for Law Firm of the Year at the Insider North West Dealmakers Awards 2016 and assisted on the sale of 8Ball Games which is shortlisted for Deal of the Year £10m - £50m. The annual awards take place on 20 October at Manchester Central and are the biggest date in the region’s corporate finance calendar with over 1,000 guests expected to attend.
