Hill Dickinson advises the former owners of Dora Wirth (Languages) Limited on the disposal of the company

Hill Dickinson’s London Corporate team has advised the former owners of Dora Wirth (Languages) Limited (DWL) on the disposal of the entire issued share capital of DWL to US-based language service provider, BIG Language Solutions. 

DWL has almost 60 years’ industry experience and offers language solutions to companies in the life sciences industry, including medical device companies, international pharmaceutical companies, CROs, universities and start-ups.

The Hill Dickinson team was led by partner Shantanu Sinha with assistance from associate Natalia Fryda and paralegal Oliver Hart.
