As part of our webinar, events and CPD programme for NHS Estates professionals, please enjoy this webinar recording concerning the impact of property law constraints on NHS development projects.

Our Hill Dickinson Health Estates team provided an overview of the key development constraints to consider on any capital development project, including restrictive covenants, mines and minerals, access issues and others. We were also joined by Mark Kidd, Principle at Avison Young, one of the leading specialist surveyors on Rights to Light. Mark shared his experience on the impact that rights to light infringements can have on NHS development projects and how they should be accommodated into the design process.

This session will enable you to gain a deeper understanding of the real estate issues that can impact on the successful delivery of a new development project and the steps that can be taken to mitigate the risks arising from them.

The session should be of interest to Directors of Estates, Heads of Estates and those working with them, together with Directors of Finance or other finance team members with oversight of capital projects.

From planning and construction to buying, selling and managing investments, our award-winning specialist lawyers can help with all aspects of property legal services.
