Anastasia Alexaki

Anastasia is a dual qualified English solicitor and Greek lawyer.

Anastasia specialises in shipping, insurance and commodities disputes. Anastasia advises Owners, Charterers, traders and P&I Clubs on all aspects of disputes arising out of the international trade and has extensive experience in charterparty, bill of lading and sale contract disputes. She is regularly involved in arbitration and has experience in High Court litigation and mediation. 

Prior to joining the Piraeus office, Anastasia worked as an Associate within the Commodities team based in London. During her time, Anastasia was seconded as legal counsel to a leading trading company based in Geneva where she advised on contentious and non-contentious matters. 

Prior to joining Hill Dickinson, Anastasia worked at an IG P&I Club in London where she handled a wide variety of P&I and FD&D matters. During her time at the Club, Anastasia undertook two secondments to a renowned shipmanagement company based in Limassol.

Anastasia obtained an LLM in International Business Law from the London School of Economics with Distinction. Anastasia studied law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
