Andrew Mazeika

Andrew originally engaged in private equity finance work after qualifying in 2021, advising some of the largest commercial banks in the sector. He has since gone on to focus almost exclusively on yacht finance work. Andrew adopts a pragmatic and constructive approach to transactions.

Andrew advises on yacht construction financing, financing the purchase of second-hand yachts, re-financing and re-structuring yacht loans and sale and purchase transactions involving deferred consideration. Andrew has experience acting as advisor to both borrowers and lenders and has worked on transactions with some of the largest banks operating in the yacht finance sector.
