Danielle has trained and worked exclusively in employment law, since the start of her career in 2014.
Danielle is experienced in all areas of Employment Law, from issues of conduct, underperformance, to absence and dismissals. Danielle regularly manages complex disciplinary and grievance investigations and all aspects of reorganisations, including redundancies. She is also able to advise on TUPE Transfers, settlement agreements, contracts and handbooks, and recruitment matters, to name a few.
