I’m a Senior Associate specialising in contentious construction with significant experience in adjudication, arbitration and litigation (including adjudication enforcement). - Representing an international EPC contractor in connection with delay and loss and expense claims advanced by a subcontractor on a battery energy storage system development.
- Representing an international specialist nuclear technology company in respect of a claim for specific performance against its joint venture partner.
- Representing an MEP contractor in relation to delay and loss and expense claims arising from the delivery of a large-scale data centre project.
- Representing a major specialist care provider in a dispute concerning the alleged repudiatory breach of a framework agreement for facilities maintenance services.
- Representing a hard facilities maintenance (FM) services provider in respect of claims against its employer concerning its entitlement to payment for out-of-scope services and the recovery of service level deductions.
- Representing a local authority in claims against its contractor and delivery partner arising out of damage to existing infrastructure during the delivery of a major public transport infrastructure project.
