Dom represents yacht owners and industry stakeholders in all aspects of superyacht ownership and operation.

With a focus on non-contentious and transactional matters, he has particular expertise in negotiation of superyacht-related commercial contracts, new build and refit contracts, design contracts, contracts for the purchase of toys, tenders and lifeboats, yacht sale and purchase agreements and brokerage agreements.

In addition to contract negotiation and drafting, Dom is a trusted advisor to owners and industry stakeholders alike, assisting his clients in navigating the day-to-day challenges of superyacht operation and service.

A lifelong sailor, Dom appreciates first-hand the challenges faced by owners and charterers alike, and when not in the office, he can often be found out on the water himself.
