Hannah has experience working with both private and public companies from incorporation through to sale or IPO.
Hannah advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including private and public fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, group reorganisations, shareholder and joint venture arrangements and general corporate governance matters.
Hannah graduated with a degree in Law in 2012 prior to studying the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, London. Hannah qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and joined the firm in February 2024.
