Jessica Neary

Jessica is an experienced healthcare litigation Solicitor specialising in defending clinical negligence claims on behalf of NHS Trusts, GPs and privately practising doctors. She joined the firm as a Partner in 2022. Jessica has represented both Claimants and Defendants and has worked with NHS Resolution since 2013.

Jessica has a varied caseload and has experience in litigation involving high value birth, spinal and brain injuries as well as those arising from delays in diagnosis of cancer and various complex medical conditions. She recognised as a ‘key lawyer’ in the Legal 500 for Defendant clinical negligence.

After graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2008, Jessica completed her LPC at the College of Law in Chester before undertaking a training contract with an established law firm in London. She moved back to the North West in 2013, making the switch from Claimant to Defendant clinical negligence litigation.
