Krystyn Hall

Krystyn has worked at the firm since 2014 with her first role being as a paralegal within the property team. Krystyn has a wealth of experience acting for a diverse range of clients (businesses and individuals alike) within the property sector and her particular commercial property specialisms include lease renewals pursuant to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (acting for either landlord or tenant; the grant of short and long-term leases for multiple letting types and use; all licence and deed application types such as those arising from leases; property refinancing and new lending matters; sales and acquisitions of all types of land (including auctions) and option agreements).

Krystyn is also part of a CQS accredited team of residential conveyancers and regularly acts for clients on residential sales, purchases and leases with her client base also including mortgage lenders who have Hill Dickinson on their panel.

Krystyn graduated at the University of Liverpool with a first class honours degree in law in 2013. Krystyn subsequently completed the LPC (with distinction) at BPP Liverpool part time whilst working at the firm in 2016.

Krystyn also spent time with the University of Liverpool’s legal team in 2016 on secondment and assisted the team with a variety of matters involving contract and commercial, property litigation, employment, probate and transactional property matters.
