Martin Rothwell

Martin is a senior associate in the costs department. He has extensive experience of dealing with a wide range of high-value costs litigation and costs management.

Whilst Martin is predominantly based in the Liverpool office, he works across all UK offices as well as dealing with costs instructions from Hill Dickinson’s international offices.

Martin regularly deals with high value costs instructions in health, marine and commercial litigation. He deals with costs in international arbitration as well as the High Court and The Business and Property Courts. Martin also has experience in all aspects of costs management.
