Rebecca joined Hill Dickinson in September 2023 after completing her training contract at an established law firm where she did seats in catastrophic injury and large loss, healthcare, property liability and employment.

Prior to her training contract Rebecca held paralegal positions in commercial property and, more recently, catastrophic injury and large loss gaining experience in claims with choice of law and jurisdictional issues.

Rebecca advises the NHS and private healthcare clients on the full range of employment law issues. She has experience of employment litigation, including but not limited to claims for unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, and discrimination.

Rebecca frequently delivers client training on issues impacting the healthcare workforce, such as equality, diversity, and inclusivity, sexual harassment and investigations.

Rebecca completed her law degree at Lancaster University and graduated with a first-class honours, receiving three awards for academic achievement: the Lancaster and Morecambe District Law Society prize, Mark Everard prize, and the Olgethorpe, Sturton and Gillibrand prize. She went on to complete the LPC & MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law receiving a distinction.
