Ron Farrell

Ron has been with the firm since July 2017, having previously been a senior consultant solicitor at Systech Solicitors, having previously been a partner with the firm and prior to that a partner at Halliwells LLP. He has many years’ experience of working for major sporting facility owners, property developers, banks and financial institutions in the private sector and for building and civil engineering main contractors mainly in connection with public sector schemes, including PFI and PPP, in the UK and overseas.

Ron advises upon all aspects of non-contentious construction law and construction related procurement law. He has considerable experience in drafting and negotiating all types of contracts and security documentation relating to major projects in both the building and civil engineering sectors. In relation to construction related public procurement, Ron advises and assists Contracting Authorities in the establishment of multi-disciplinary framework agreements.
