Saba Mumraz

Saba is an associate within the Commercial, TMT and Intellectual Property Team at our Manchester office.

Saba joined Hill Dickinson as a Trainee in September 2019 and completed seats in Property Litigation, Restructuring & Insolvency and Commercial Litigation, before qualifying into the Commercial, TMT and Intellectual Property team in January 2022.

Saba undertakes a broad range of non-contentious work in the following areas: commercial and business (both B2B and B2C), intellectual property (including IP licensing and assignments, sponsorship agreements, brand exploitation and trade mark portfolio management), information technology, data protection and corporate due diligence.

Saba can assist with preparing and/or negotiating standard terms and conditions of business; supply and purchase of goods/services agreements; agency and distribution agreements; competition terms and conditions, and privacy and cookies policies.

Saba graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2017 with a First Class degree in Law (LLB Hons) and subsequently completed her Legal Practice Course and MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law, achieving a distinction.

Drafting competition and prize draw terms and conditions, and providing advice on advertising standards, for a UK award-winning collagen supplement and cosmetic company.
Advising a UK-headquartered global healthcare communications agency on their trade mark portfolio.
Reviewing, drafting and negotiating supply agreements for a global plastic fabrication company.
Drafting and negotiating a trade mark licence for a leading multinational food manufacturer.
Drafting an Assignment of rights in software for a UK shipment company in relation to a ferry schedule application.
Drafting an influencer / endorsement agreement for one of the UK’s largest musical instrument retailers.
Drafting a distribution agreement for a UK leading houseware company.
Drafting and advising a UK-based beauty and make-up company on their standard terms of business, website acceptable use policy, privacy and cookies policy, and negotiating their distribution agreement with one of India’s largest retailers.
Reviewing and advising on various commercial contracts for a social housing provider.
