I’m a corporate lawyer who supports a wide range of businesses, no matter their size, from starts-ups to large public firms. My practice covers a variety of issues from mergers and acquisitions to matters involving corporate advisory, corporate healthcare and venture capital work.
Clients would say I’m a friendly, reliable person who works hard to support them. Proactive and commercially minded, I offer the guidance clients need to act with confidence and I stay by their side every step of the way, to ensure we reach a successful outcome.
That moment where we get a deal over the line, which in turn helping clients move one step closer to achieving their strategic goals is something I savour. I find it truly rewarding whenever I get to play a part in making this happen.
Neurodiversity is an issue that’s close to my heart. I act as a neurodiversity advocate and buddy in the workplace, ensuring my colleagues can access any necessary support.
