Sara Mullen

Sara has been with the firm since February 2023. Sara specialises in M&A, corporate advisory, corporate healthcare and venture capital work, acting for a range of private and public companies of varying sizes.

Sara was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2019. She trained and qualified as a solicitor in a leading national law firm in Newcastle upon Tyne before relocating down South.

Sara’s expertise includes advising on mergers & acquisitions and associated transactional documents, such as purchase agreements, due diligence reports and ancillary documentation.

Sara obtained a Masters of Law (Exempting) from Northumbria University in 2016.
